I have created several Microsoft List for our employees to utilize with a Power app. However, we have staff in both Eastern & Central time zone. Is it possible for Central time zone to see the list in their time zone format and vice versa.

The time does seem to be showing correctly for everyone, if I change my time zone.

Dear D.Hall78, Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. I am happy to help you******However, we have staff in both Eastern & Central time zone. Is it possible for Central time zone to see the list in their time zone format?******As a site owner or site collection administrator, you can choose regional settings for all users of the site. By default, SharePoint lists apply the site's time zone setting.Individual users can choose to use your default settings or specify their own personal settings, which would override your site-level settings. To change the individual settings, see Change your personal language and region settings. Therefore, if a user needs to display their own time zone, which needs to be set by the user themselves, the administrator cannot set it.Ref:Change regional settings for a site - Microsoft SupportIf you have further questions, please feel free to contact me and I will investigate further for you.Sincerely,Tin | Microsoft Community Moderator
