    Hello, Denise Nikoloff

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I realize that you have encountered a problem with OneDrive sync, and I understand how you feel.

I know that you need help, but in order to more accurately address your question and avoid misunderstanding, we may ask you for more information.

    • Which account are you using to sign in OneDrive? A personal account or a work/school account?
    • Please attach a screenshot of the message that shows "Some files synced, others didn't." This will help us know the type of the files.

Please check if the files you want to sync meet the requirements.

Additionally, you can try to Unlink and re-link OneDrive.

    1. Select the OneDrive cloud in your notification area to show the OneDrive pop-up > SettingsAccount tab.
    2. Select Unlink this PC.
    3. Press the Windows  + R to open a "Run" dialog.
    4. Enter the path %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\settings and select OK.
    5. Delete the PreSignInSettingsConfig.json file.
    6. Sign in OneDrive again.

For more information, see Unlink and re-link OneDrive - Microsoft Support

Feel free to post back if you need further assistance. Let's take it step by step.

    Best wishes,
