microsoft 365 recurring billing

Hello can you give me a refund for 365 as i have been billed on recurring billing , i use 365 on my partners account.

One thing that needs to be explained to you is that I, as an agent of the forum, do not have the authority to help you verify the payment or the account directly, so as not to expose your private information to the forum, which is a platform for public sharing and communication. You can follow the steps I provide below to contact support(I have taken screenshots of the key steps to make sure you are doing it correctly) You can choose to either chat with support one-on-one online or wait for a support specialist to call you back to resolve your Payment related Issues:

  Contact Microsoft Support:
  1. Visit this website:   Contact - Microsoft Support
  2. Type in your problems in the search box there.( For instance, contact support.)
  3. Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support below.
  4. Go to the Products and services tab, and choose either Microsoft 365 and Office category
  5. On the Category tab, choose  Manage My Subscription .
  6. Go to Confirm.
  7. Choose to chat with a support representative or request a callback.
