I have realized that your product key is not working.
Before that, I would like to ask you for some information to better address your question.
Where did you purchase your Office product key from? Which product key did you purchase?
Are you getting error messages when you can't activate Office? Like asking you to turn it on, or something like that.
You can sign in https://account.microsoft.com/services to check whether the Office is combined to your accounts.
Or are there any other errors reported, such as key error or key already in use?
Depending on your situation, you can go to Setup Microsoft 365 (office.com) and type in the key. The message will then tell you that the key has been used and will tell you the first two digits of your email address and the suffix of the email address.
You can confirm if this key is being used by others. If so, you should contact the dealer to confirm
