Using Word drop-down menu function on Samsung Tablet S6

Question

Hello,

I use a Samsung Galaxy S6 Tablet for work and need to fill out information using a Microsoft Word document that has drop-down menus built in the document. Unfortunately this function does not seem to work on my tablet.

Could you please advise whether it is possible to utilise this, or a similar function of selecting categorical options, on Microsoft Word?

Most Word controls do not work in Word for the web, Word for iOS or Word for Android. I have no idea why Microsoft has never fixed this, I guess they figure everyone is going to use Microsoft Forms instead.

In Windows, you can click any Word document, click “Help”->“Feedback”->"I have a suggestion ”, you can send your valuable feedback to Microsoft.
