Problems with keyboard on Linux through RD client on iOS

When connecting a linux server through RD client on iOS, the keyboard (both Magic Keyboard and virtual keyboard) won’t work well; specifically, all function buttons (e.g., ctrl+c, enter) work well, but I can’t type any characters or figures.
