Microsoft account does not exist

Hello, I get an error when I log in to my Microsoft Account saying "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one." I already deleted my alias and I am using my email now but I am still not able to send and receive to external email.

    please narrow down the issue and find what happen exactly, make a test

    Please use another account and send email to the affected account and check is there any error coming back! Then please share the full error with us via private message.

    Here are the steps to open private messages:

    To view private messaging options> click your profile pictureat the top on the right > select the My Profile option. Click View private message. (I have sent a message to you to open the entry of your private message.)
