Hello
Our environment consists of a Microsoft Remote Desktop setup, we also have 30 laptop devices which were initially connected to the domain. user will log on the laptop as normal and then they will launch our RDS via the RDS gateway page.
However the issue we now see is when a users password expires within the Microsoft RDS environment and they change the password, this only changes the password for the RDS and not the laptop itself which is understandable.
When this happens, the users when running Teams locally outside of the RDS receive a keyset does not exist error and it will no longer sign them in, even though when signing back into teams they are using the correct credentials.
My thinking here is that as the laptop appears to remember only the previous password used and cannot 'sync' with the new domain password due to the device being off the domain away from the office, therefore causing a possible 'sync' issue with the keyset it is compalning about, despite outlook working ok outside the RDS.
Rather than get these 30 or so users back in the office for one day to change the password on the laptop so the device is on the domain, is there any other way on how to resolve this, i was thinking possible connecting via a VPN but was checking any other ways round this.
in nutshell, user changes domain password via RDS, then Teams outside the RDS reports keyset does not exist error yet outlook works fine locally
Any ideas would be welcome
