    Hello,Mingchen Ju

    Welcome to the Microsoft community!

Since the management of mailboxes belongs to Microsoft's official mail group category management, Microsoft community members are not able to query them directly, but after investigating and looking up the conclusions drawn from similar threads. What is not currently found for this email address is a note related to the official Microsoft email address.

In your case, please pay attention to the link inside to see if it is an official Microsoft website, and if there are some speech defects that exist in the email format? Is there any inducement for you to make payment?

I recommend that you do not easily detail the contents of the e-mail.

If it involves billing issues, you can refer to the following. Also contact Microsoft support to confirm, don't trust easily.

You can log in to Microsoft account | Sign In or Create Your Account Today – Microsoft first to check if there are any chargebacks in the order history or something like that.

    Contact Microsoft Support.

    1. Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. Type in your problems in the search box there. For instance, subscription/Tax invoices/refund, etc.
    3. Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support below.
    4. Go to the Products and services tab, and choose either Microsoft 365 and Office category or Other Products
    5. On the Category tab, choose Manage My Subscription or other alternatives.
    6. Go to Confirm.
    7. You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser.

Please Note: The Chat support team only works at certain times, so if the last window says you are not available, try to open it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.

Feel free to post back if you need further assistance.

Thank you for your understanding and patience and I look forward to hearing from you.
