Troubleshoot problems syncing OneDrive

Question

I am unable to edit onedrive files on my phone despite being signed. I can edit files on laptop.

Hi Miyeon,

Thank you for the response. The problem exists across all One drive files, Word or Excel (See attachments below). Despite being signed in or despite signing in again!

I'm not sure what you mean by different switch networks. I have tried at Home Wifi and in the office Wifi and on 4G.

I will re-install Onedrive on my phone tonight to see if this resolves the issue.

I understand that you are unable to edit OneDrive files on your phone, but you can edit files on your laptop.

Due to the limited information I have learned, I am unable to provide you with accurate advice, I need to confirm some information with you in order to better understand and resolve your issue:

1. I don't see the screenshot you uploaded, can you tell me again in your reply, I think the screenshot is important for us to solve the problem.

2.Are you unable to edit all OneDrive files on your phone? Or are you unable to edit individual files?

You switch different networks and re-download OneDrive to see if you can edit the files.
