- Could you please confirm if you are using Classic Outlook or New Outlook?
- Can you describe the tasks that you are unable to delete?
- Have you moved or deleted the folder where these tasks are located recently?
- Do you have full permissions for the folder containing the tasks? Have you checked the folder properties to verify permissions?
- Have you tried starting Outlook in Safe Mode (by running Outlook /safe)?
- Have you attempted to delete the tasks from another device (like a different computer or mobile device)?
- Are you receiving any other error messages aside from the one mentioned? If so, please specify.
