User Form not centered on screen

I'm having an issue where my user forms are not centered on the screen. They show up on the far left side of the screen. I have the StatUpPostion set to 2-CenterScreen but it doesn't seem to change the position. I do have a dual monitor setup and I've heard this may disrupt the settings. Any way I can manually set the position on the screen?
