I created a form that I sent out to my trainees, I had 17 responses and the data was collated in Excel for me. Today I have gone to view the responses and everything has vanished? I can no longer find the responses anywhere, any advice greatly appreciated.

Thank you

    Dear Nancy Cowling,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

As per your description, it seems that you are having issue with form responses, cannot find the responses.

To help you better, we'd like to confirm if the response is missing from the Excel file or from Microsoft Forms > the form > View responses tab.

If the responses still can be seen in Microsoft Forms web page, we'd recommend you sync form responses to a new Excel file to check the outcome.

If the responses are also missing from the form View responses tab, issue could be related to background service which need to be checked from the backend, more resources need to be involved in to help you further.

In this situation, we sincerely recommend you contact your Microsoft 365 administrator, follow steps in this article to create a support ticket with Online Support. The support team over there has higher permission than us, they can remotely help check the situation on your side, involve more resource to collect logs and help you do troubleshoot. This would be a more efficient way in handling this case for you.

For reference: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin?

If the understanding above is not consistent with yours, please feel free to post back and point that.

Sorry for the inconvenience again. Your patience and understanding are highly appreciated. Hope you stay safe and healthy.

    Sincerely,

    Rhoda | Microsoft Community Moderator
