In Power Apps Access issue when using ForAll Patch for some Dataverse table

I'm getting an error on below function for some dataverse tables like HIS_ZCH_FBS and it's working for other tables,

The Specified column is not accessible in this context

ForAll( colQuestionsQZCH,Patch(HIS_ZCH_FBS,Defaults(HIS_ZCH_FBS),{iditem: varSelected_QL_ZCH,LU_ZCH_Q: Last(FirstN(colQuestionsQZCH, currentIndex))}));
