We have this teacher who has this issue see below any suggestions?

I’ve spent the morning trying to populate a OneNote page for a visually impaired student but the platform doesn’t seem to be reactive. Every so often it’ll let me upload one document, but I have a whole scheme of work to do.

1. May I confirm whether the issue happens to a specific notebook or all his/her notebooks?
2. May I confirm whether the issue happens when using OneNote desktop app or OneNote online?
3. Could you please provide me related screenshots of the situation the teacher has encountered?
