I am running a workbook that belonged to someone else. Whenever I try to refresh Queries and Connections, I receive an error message that tells me that credentials are required to connect to a source and that I will need to refresh and provide credentials. However, I do not know how to refresh and provide those credentials.

    Hi, Taylor Jenkins_942

Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting them to the community.

Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) is a protocol that can be used to connect a Microsoft Access database to an external data source such as Microsoft SQL Server. You need the appropriate credentials to access it.

Administer ODBC data sources - Microsoft Support

For vouchers, you can refer to the information in this post below:

Manage data source settings and permissions (Power Query) - Microsoft Support

Also, you can go to Power Query - Microsoft Fabric Community and re-post a thread to get advice, there will be a stronger pointing of expertise there than in the community.

I hope the above information can help you. Feel free to send a message if you need further help.

    Best wishes
