    2. Does the problem happen when you try to activate the Office apps?
    3. Screenshot of the Subscriptions page of your Office 365 account:

    Open the browser and access the following URL: https://portal.office.com/account/?ref=MeControl#subscriptions > Enter the Office 365 account details provided by your company> Subscriptions

    1. Do other users in your team are having the similar issue?
    2. Are you able to access the Microsoft services in the browser without any issue?
