    Hi, that 'repair now' button never works, I don't think it ever did. The forum is full of the error. You need to do a normal repair:

    Repair an Office application - Microsoft Support

    If you still have problems run About the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant - Microsoft Support Scroll down to install the tool

    In the Windows Search facility, type Control Panel and then click on the Control Panel App and then on the Uninstall a Program under Programs and in the next screen that appears, select the Microsoft 365 Apps and then click on Change, then in the User Account Control dialog, click on Yes and in the next screen asking how would you like to repair your Microsoft 365 and Office program, select the Online Repair option.

    Hello Nurliyana Binti Mohd Kip, Thanks for using Microsoft products and posting in the community.

    Regarding the issue that the "Fix Now" prompt appears when you open Microsoft 365;

    Please provide the following information so that I can better understand your specific situation:

    • The screenshot of the "Fix Now" prompt you mentioned;
    • Are you using Mac or Windows?
    • Where did you download Microsoft 365 from? Microsoft Store or official website?
    • If you can enter any office software, please click the File in the upper left corner, then click the Account in the lower left corner, and send me a screenshot of the interface on the right;

    I look forward to your reply and I will give you further support as soon as possible based on your reply.
