    Hi bhatiya dhruv,

    Thank you for your feedback.

May I please ask what version of Excel client are you using? Can you share it with us by referring to the below method?

In Excel, click on File -> Account and then you can share a screenshot of the Office version you see under Product Information.

In addition, when you access Excel for the web, still no search results??

    Best regards,

    Hi bhatiya dhruv,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Initial speculation is that this may have something to do with the version of Office.

As you can see from the website below, the “Analyze data” feature is currently only available for Microsoft 365 Excel and Excel for the web.

Analyze Data in Excel - Microsoft Support

You can share with us what version you are currently using.

In Excel, click on File -> Account and then you can share a screenshot of the Office version you see under Product Information.

If you're sure you're using a version that includes this feature and you still don't see the option, try searching for “Analyze data” directly in the search box at the top of Excel to see if you get any results.

Alternatively, visit Excel for the web using your browser and again try the above search in the search box to see if you get any results.

I hope this is useful to you and please feel free to contact me with any questions.

    Sincere greetings,

Ian - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
