Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi Ross PP32,
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.
It sounds like you’re encountering an issue where the Microsoft Authenticator app isn’t providing you authentication code in your new phone.
If you are using a Microsoft 365 Business/Education account user, may I know have you set up any different authentication method, such as a verification code sent to your alternate email. If so, can try with select "Use a different verification option" on the sign-in page and follow the prompts.
If you still cannot access, it is suggested to contact your admin and ask admin to re-register the Authentication method for your account. Admin can do it by follow Manage user authentication options. (If you are not sure who is your admin, can refer this How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support).
If you are the only administrator and cannot access your account, it is suggested to contact the Data Protection team as we are from the community team and are not authorized to reset any user/administrator accounts. The Data Protection Team is the only support team to verify and reset the account.
To find the Data Protection team's contact number, see Find Microsoft 365 for business support phone numbers by country or region - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn or Global Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support
If you're having trouble getting your verification code for your personal Microsoft account, see Troubleshooting verification code issues.
As your query is related with authenticator, while we are belonging from Microsoft Exchange online, so we have limited knowledge of authenticator queries.
For further assistance as we have separate community, it is suggested to kindly post your query to the Authenticator community supportMicrosoft Authenticator - Microsoft Q&Aif you primarily try the resolutions above.
