Cannot update payment info

I can't update my subscription and can't renew it. I can't use any of my files and the phone number hangs up on me and tells me to use the website, which won't work and only send me error messages. I am devastated and need access to my files for personal and business use.

    I understand that you currently need to update your payment method. Please follow the steps below to contact our online support team, and they will assist you with your needs.

    1. Click on this link Contact - Microsoft Support and search for "Contact Microsoft Support."
    2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Contact Support."

    3. Select the product and issue type.

    4. Finally, choose "Chat with a support agent via web browser."
