- is your OneDrive account a personal or school or work account?
- Are you currently logged into your OneDrive account in the desktop application or on the web?
- Are you getting any error messages? If so, please share a screenshot of the error message with us.
In addition, if you are currently logged in from the desktop app, please try the OneDrive web and mobile apps to see if the same issue occurs and to rule out if it's due to your account.
