One drive files not loading

I am trying to log into Microsoft One drive account but the files are not loading. Its empty. Not sure why.

Tried the map network drive option as well and it is not connecting.

Microsoft 365 and Office | OneDrive | For home | Windows

    In order to help you better, I need to check with you for more information:

    1. is your OneDrive account a personal or school or work account?
    2. Are you currently logged into your OneDrive account in the desktop application or on the web?
    3. Are you getting any error messages? If so, please share a screenshot of the error message with us.

    In addition, if you are currently logged in from the desktop app, please try the OneDrive web and mobile apps to see if the same issue occurs and to rule out if it's due to your account.
