Cannot print from office

Question

I have a computerthat will not print from office.

I can print from notepad, pdf, even installed libreoffixe and it will print.

when I try to print from word it says it's going and nothing happens no errors nothing.

trued u installing office 365 reinstalling, tried repairing, reinstalled printers and drivers.

still will not print from word or excel. if I save the file as a pdf it will print.

I understand that you are having problems printing from Word and Excel and I do hope that you are able to print your documents without any problems.

It does appear that you are having problems connecting your Office applications to your printer. But since the problem can be caused by a number of things, I need to have some discussion with you before I can give you a specific solution.

1. Printer type

I would like to know how your printer is connected. Does it rely on cables to transfer files, or does it transfer files over a network? What specific type of printer is it?

2.Document Problems

I would like to know if it is all Word documents and Excel files that are not printing. You can test this by creating a new Word document and Excel document and simply typing something in.

3. Print Preview

Can you provide me with your print preview page, which you can view at File-->Print.

4. Print Queue

When your file starts to print, you can usually see the printed information in the print queue, I would like to know if the file enters the print queue when you click “Print”?
