Cannot access accounts with Authenticator because it wants me to use Authenticator to authenticate

I am unable to login to any of my school accounts because I cannot authenticate them through the app as I removed them previously and I guess its not attached anymore... I cant even login and use my school accounts for things I need done asap...
HELP.

    Hi Krisly,

    The only thing you can do is check if you backed up your Authenticator:

    Restore account credentials from Microsoft Authenticator

    If you do not have a back up you will have to contact your school's IT department.
