    Dear heidi Fu,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

We are sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with Office 365 Files on network share getting corrupted for multiple users. I deeply understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to directly delete the school/work account as it is managed by your school. However, you can remove it from your personal account by following these steps:

    1. Go to Manage how you sign in to Microsoft. Sign in to your Microsoft account if prompted.
    2. Select Remove next to the school/work account linked to my personal account you no longer need.

For reference you can check this article: Add or remove an email alias in Outlook.com - Microsoft Support

Please let me know if you encounter any errors during the process so that I can assist you further

We appreciate your understanding that sometimes the initial response may not resolve the problem immediately. However, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation. So, please let me know if you have any further questions or if there are any misunderstandings.

Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.

    Sincerely,

Ralph Chawatama | Microsoft Community Moderator
