Microsoft 365 developer subscription resource not available

I can't sign in into any products using Developer subscription.

Error code: AADSTS5000224 Error message: AADSTS5000224: We are sorry, this resource is not available. If you are seeing this message by mistake, please contact Microsoft support. Trace ID: 82c90a5f-c1b1-40d0-97a7-53c01cfd3f00 Correlation ID: 02a906cd-cc50-41d1-81cd-17ec2037d1fa Timestamp: 2024-09-02 00:36:46Z

The developer dashboard shows everything is fine.
