license issue

Hello, my university gave me a licensed account and im still a student when I try to use any of them excel pp or word none is working, can you check If there is an issue with license? if so how can I solve it?

it says : action required we've detected a one-time purchase license. this license can only be used with Microsoft 365 apps downloaded directly from microsoft365.com

please note, I did download from there

Microsoft 365 and Office | Subscription, account, billing | For education | Other
