    Dear yasin ALTIN,

Thanks for your quick reply, sorry for the late reply. I noticed you marked me as "Not Helpful", sorry that the reply above didn't help you.

Based on what you mentioned, are you also facing the same problem in Office2021? We need to know if the document you edited is your own or downloaded from somewhere else. Is it linked to any library? If you don't mind, you can send us a private message about this document. We can test and see if we can find a solution to this problem.

Also, after you unchecked the protected view, did you download and save the document again? It should not be in the "Protected View" state. You should not need to click "Enable Editing". Does it work properly in this case?

Sorry, we need some information to try to help you solve it. Looking forward to your reply.

How to send me a private message:

You can send private message through the Messages link at the top right of the page.

Check your sent PM by going to My Profile, and then selecting View private messages on the left pane of your profile page.

    Best Wishes

Thank you for your support. I am very pleased. My issue is exactly as you understood. I applied the method you suggested, but there was no change. I formatted my computer after using Office 2021 products and then installed Office 2016. However, the problem still persists. I am waiting for your help, my friends. The account type is personal.

    Dear yasin ALTIN,

Hello! Welcome to the Microsoft Community. I'm glad to be able to assist you. If I misunderstand your question, please let me know promptly.

I checked your video, but I'm trying to understand your problem because of the different languages. You enabled editing, so the data in the table was lost and turned into 0, right? I will try my best to help you solve this problem.

According to what you mentioned, this document works normally on your other computer, but this problem occurs on the computer in your video, right? If I understand anything wrong, please correct me in time.

It sounds like this is a rare situation. I haven't encountered a similar situation before. It looks like you clicked "Enable Editing", the file refreshed, and the data was lost. Does this happen if you disable Protected View in the Trust Center?

Go to "File", "Options", "Trust Center", click "Trust Center Settings", click "Protected View", and uncheck all options that may cause you to enter "Protected View". Then try to open your document on this device again to see if the data is still lost.

Also, are you using OneDrive? If so, we may consider using file sharing. Finally, if this does not solve your problem, please tell me your Office version (File > Account > About) and account type (Personal, Enterprise).

I hope the above information is helpful. If you have any progress or questions, please let me know.

    Best Wishes
