Can we upgrade SSIS 2005 packages to 2019 directly?
If possible what are the common issues faced?
If we need to migrate to an intermediate version ,which is the preferred intermediate version?

    Hi @Litty Kuriakose ,

    You may upgrade SSIS 2005 packages to 2019 using the SSIS Package Upgrade Wizard.

    Remember to back up the original packages so that you can continue to use them if you experience upgrade difficulties.
