Microsoft List Form - missing columns

I have a List with several columns, and I created a new Form from this List and chose to display just a few of the List columns in the Form. I now need to add additional columns from the List to the existing Form. However, the Show or hide fields section in the Form only displays the columns from the List that are already in the form - none of the other columns in the List are displayed in the Show or hide fields section in the Form so I can't add them to the Form. When I create a new Form, I have the same issue with only a few of the List columns showing in the Show or hide fields section in the Form. When I click Add new item, everything is fine but we need to use a form, not this option.

These are the columns in the List.

This is the Form - note only three columns from the List are visible - the other columns in the List are not displayed.

    Dear CKWG,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

We are sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your Microsoft List Form which is missing columns. I deeply understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

We appreciate your understanding that sometimes the initial response may not resolve the problem immediately. However, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation. So, for further troubleshooting, could you please provide the information below:

    1. May I know if you have checked your list settings to ensure the columns are added to the default view, sometimes this helps?
    2. Could you please let me know if you have checked the Advanced Settings to ensure that the “Allow management of content types” option is enabled?
    3. Could you please let me know if this is occurring to other Microsoft list with forms/newly created Microsoft list?

Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    Dear CKWG,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

We are sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with viewing pictures you collected in a "forms" survey. I deeply understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

I think you responded to the wrong post. I didn't ask about viewing pictures and surveys.

    Hi CKWG,

I’m really sorry about that. I mistyped that section of my response. However, could you please provide the information below:

While not the original poster I have this same problem, The column is part of the default view, allow management of content types is "no" and it does not seem to occur with a new list or a new column of the same type.

    Dear CKWG,

It seems that I can't reproduce the issue.

Please also note that the Lookup column will not be supported in the form.

Generally, the following columns are supported and the added columns should be synced to the form at the real time.

    Single-line text

    Multi-line text

    Choice

    Number

    Date and time

    Currency

    Yes/No

May I know whether you can clear the browser cache and cookies, close the browser and then do a test with the browser again to see and let us know the result?

If you click on Forms>+New form, what's the result?

Welcome to share any updates at your convenience if you need further help on this issue.

Thank you for your time and effort.

    Sincerely
