Dear Helen Hu,
Greetings! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.
We went through your thread carefully and understand your concern about using Power BI. Since it's related to Power BI, we would like to request you to post your detailed concern in the related community i.e., Service - Microsoft Fabric Community to get the detailed help from the experts.
Meanwhile, we've found a similar thread shared in that community, Solved: R Script Runtime Error - Microsoft Fabric Community, as per the user experience shared, for work/school account organized by the organization, please consider contacting your Microsoft 365 administrator, follow steps in this article to create a support ticket with Online Support. The support team over there has higher permission than us, they can remotely help check the situation on your side, involve more resource to collect logs and help you do troubleshoot. This would be a more efficient way in handling this case for you.
For reference: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin?
Apologies for redirecting you to different community as the members in the category posted focus on the users with the Microsoft 365 concern and have limited knowledge on the Power BI, so to get the fast and better assistance, we have redirected you in the correct path.
Appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a great day!!
Sincerely,
