    Hi, Karen Williams5

Thank you for inquiring about Microsoft Community.

It looks like you are experiencing a double billing issue.

First, we recommend that you go to **** Microsoft account | Order history, sign in to your Microsoft account with your credentials, and look under “Services & Subscriptions” and “Order History” to view your subscription product details and order history information under “Services and Subscriptions” and “Order History”. This will help you to confirm that there are no duplicate charges.

If duplicate charges are confirmed, you can contact Microsoft Chat Support, which specializes in billing issues, for further support.

    1. Visit this site: Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. Enter your question in the search box there, Refund.
    3. Now click on Get Help and select Contact Support below.
    4. Go to the Products and Services tab and select the Microsoft 365 and Office category or Other.
    5. On the Category tab, select Manage Subscription or Other.
    6. Go to Confirmation.
    7. You can now select the option to chat with a support specialist in your web browser.

Tip: The chat support team has limited hours, so if you see the last window indicating that you cannot be contacted, we recommend that you try again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave your phone number. This way, they can reach out to you and help you solve your problem.

We understand that this may be an inconvenience for you. During the Contact Chat period, if you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us and we will continue to be here to support you.

Thank you for your patience and understanding, and we wish you all the best!
