Ms.Excel Web filtering just loading

Dear Team Support,

Please help, everyone in my company can't use filter in excel Online, just loading like in foto attached.

    Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting them to the community.

    How big are your files, if they are too large or contain complex formatting, formulas, this can affect performance and cause slow loading.

    And then do you use OneDrive or SharePoint for online collaboration? If there are a lot of people collaborating at the same time, this can cause slow loading.

    Then because Excel Online relies on the browser and the browser relies on the network, an unstable network can cause Excel Online to not load properly.

    This is a common problem and the current solutions are:

    The first is to reduce the number of people collaborating at the same time, e.g. have one person working on the form.

    The second is to use the privacy mode of the browser to open the file, the recommended use of Edge browser.

    The third is to split the form into several forms.

    The fourth is to download and save the file to the desktop, and then use the client to open it.
