Microsoft learnbing dashboard is not loading

Question

I scheduled an exam on 28th july at 3pm. But when I was trying to open the certification dashboard and start the exam, the page was not loading and I was not able to take the exam because of this. Can you please find a solution.

Hi all,

Based on this thread on the training support forum, it looks like the issue has been resolved. Here is the workaround they provided if you are still seeing this issue:

Please follow the steps provided below:

-Try using your browser in InPrivate/Incognito

-Clear cache and cookies (steps here) Make sure you check Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete
