    Thanks Isabella for your reply.

I aim to confirm if I am eligible to use power app but I only get "Power App License". what feature I can access it. I've developed the app already but it seems I could not shared other users for wide use.

Also, I realized I got two environment. The one is called "Personal productivity" environment and another is my personal environment (Build apps with dataverse). What are different between them?

    Dear user189,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Based on the information you've shared, I understand that you'd like to confirm your subscription information and verify that you have access to Microsoft 365, so rest assured that I'll be able to answer your questions.

If you have purchased Microsoft 365, the official Microsoft product, you can view your subscription information under Services & Subscriptions in your account, which you can access by clicking the link below: Microsoft account | Services and Subscriptions

If you are logged in to your Microsoft account and can view the information in the Services & Subscriptions screen, and you can see the successfully installed apps in your system, please make sure that you have activated your Microsoft 365 product with the key first.

Usually, you need to redeem your product key at the following website to activate your Office before you install it: Setup Office - Office 365 Redemption. After activation you can install it directly from the Services & Subscriptions interface, and after installation you can access all the products that come with Microsoft 365.

We hope the above answers have helped you, if you still have any questions, you are welcome to contact us anytime.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
