Hi

I would like to do a slide with images but present it in the following way:

in the left - the previous image in small size

in the middle - the current image in normal size

from the right- the next image in small size

and to assign two buttons to scroll through all the photos

is it possible?

As to your buttons, you can add Next and Previous buttons via Insert | Shapes | Action Buttons.

These won't do anything in normal view, but will let you move through the presentation in Slide Show view.

As long as you don't cover them up with your images, you can put the buttons on whichever slide layout you're using ( go to View | Slide Master ). That'll let you create one set of buttons but have them appear on every slide.

You can create a custom slide layout that has 3 picture placeholders, a large one for the main picture and two smaller ones above the main one for the previous and next pictures. You'll have to place each picture three times, once in the next slide placeholder on the preceding slide, once in the main slide and again in the previous placeholder of the next slide. The layout would look something like this:

PowerPoint does not have assignable key shortcuts, unless you install a paid third-party add-in. You can use Page Down/Page Up keys to go forward and backward through your pictures.
