Subscription cancellation

I accidentally signed my team up for a yearly subscriptions of 365, I'm not sure how I honestly thought i was buying a monthly product. I bought it to experiment on using integrating our team efforts. The team advise me it's not helping and doesn't work for their needs now due to wifi not reaching our office space. We also couldn't get the features to work and don't have the time to contact work out where we are going wrong and trouble shoot, so it's not fit for purpose and we are going to stick with our manual hand written client notes etc.

But how do i cancel? I have stopped the reoccurring yearly bill but given we cant use it, it's not serving our team I am disappointed I should be paying for a year when we can't make it work. Who can I speak to for assistance?

For context we are in the mental health sector so don't make a profit and every penny counts, and time spent trying to troubleshoot a system is time better spent saving someone's life.
