NEED SUPPORT - SCREEN SHARE

Need immediate support with Microsoft Projects --

Received assistance with Screenshare yesterday, which resolved the issue temporarily. Now, I am receiving notification that there is no longer subscription access. I was forced to sign up for a new subscription under a different e-mail address. Now, even that e-mail address cannot be signed in. Please assist immediately.
