OneDrive folder has been deleted

Hi team,

i am O365 Admin, one of our user's data has been deleted and unable to locate even on recycle bin and OneDrive deleted folder as well as 2nd recyclebin.

can someone help me to retrieve the folder on priority, as i am not aware how to trace or connect with Microsoft agents directly.

    Dear Paras Gusani,

    Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear that you’re files. Here are a couple of suggestions that might help you.

    1. The first suggestion you in order to trace the file you can use the audit log.
    • please go to the admin center >> compliance >> audit >> set the start time to a time that you are surely confirmed files were still exist.

    • set the end time to the time you found it lost.

    • set the lost folder path to limit the search to the specific location. You can get it by locating the related parent folder > click Details > click copy path> please check any symbols which is used to define "space" or other characters in the folder name, change them back to normal folder name.

    1. In case the files have been deleted from both of the recycle bin, our technical support team is still able to restore the files from the back end. To do this, you need to open a ticket to our support team.

    You can follow the below steps to connect with our support engineer.

    If you are the Microsoft 365 admin of your organization, you can sign in to Microsoft 365 admin center with your Microsoft 365 admin account, and select Support > Help and support, enter your question and select Contact support. Otherwise, please refer to How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin?
