I have bought a subscription to 365 and logged out and now it says my account is not recognised. I had a family subscrition and have now bought a business subscription. I am losing the will to live with the help line as it doesnt help and the online help asks me to log in. When I try to log in I get the message this account does not exist.

    Thanks for the reply - however I still cannot access the apps. The log in says "This username may be incorrect. Make sure that you typed it correctly. Otherwise, contact your admin"

    This is the username that was set up originally so ******@BusinessNameLtd.onmicrosoft.com. I then had to log off and when I tried to log back in I got the message above.

    You cannot install multiple O365 versions/licence types on the same PC

    There are numerous Bus Licence types. 365 Bus Basic is web access only
