A family of Microsoft word processing software products for creating web, email, and print documents.
Dear Connor,
Good day and thanks for posting the issue in our forum.
As per the description that you provided in the forum, all the Office 365 Apps are not functioning properly in android device, but you are able to open SharePoint and edit in it.
Moreover, you also mentioned that you have already tried with reinstalled of Office so I would like to suggest checking your subscription via.
- To check if your license is still valid, please refer to the below steps:
Please check through the link to access Subscription page directly:
https://portal.office.com/account/?ref=Harmony#subscriptions
If you could see that you have the proper subscription and have “The latest desktop version of Office” then you do not need to ask your admin to assign the license to you.
- If you don’t see the license, then contact your admin and ask him/her to login into www.admin.microsoft.com website.
After he/she is successfully logged in into the Microsoft Admin Center then on the left-hand bar choose Billing – Your Products.
If your admin can view any active subscriptions, then you need to ask your admin to assign the license to you OR if there are no active subscriptions then you need to purchase it through Purchase Services or Marketplace also in the left-hand bar of admin center.
I would also like to confirm with you if the similar issue is happening with your colleagues too and also if the other devices have the same problem too?
Appreciate your understanding and patience.
Sincerely,
