Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello, Mark William1
Welcome to the Microsoft Community!
Are you unable to sign in to Microsoft 365 on your Mac right now or is the account you are currently signed in to on your Mac system unavailable?
I may not be able to provide an accurate scenario due to lack of information at this time.
If your current Microsoft 365 login is unavailable, you can try the following:
Visit Preferences - User Groups and verify that the current account is an administrator?
Confirm that you can change it to administrator.
Add a user or group on Mac - Apple Support (SG)

If it's that you just can't get Microsoft 365 to work, you can refer to this site.
- Download the license removal tool.
- Open the pkg file in the Downloads folder on your Mac.
- Access Select Continue and follow the prompts in the setup wizard.
- If you want to start removing licenses, select Install. You may need to enter the password for your Mac's local administrator account.
When the license management tool is complete, select Close.
- Now open an Office app and sign in to activate it with the email account associated with your Microsoft 365 for Mac license. If you're working on troubleshooting, you might need to reinstall Office before you sign in.
Once you have activated the product, restart the computer and you can get back to work.
