Mail blocking from Microsoft

Actually we are using third party mail provider for our mail system. Sometimes we checked from Microsoft domain, it blocking our mail.

    1. Are recipients using Microsoft personal email accounts hotmail.com/outlook.com/live.com) or Microsoft work/school email accounts?
    2. Can recipients receive incoming emails from other external senders?
    3. Since you're using a third-party email provider, have you checked with the email provider if there are any issues?
    4. You can ask recipients to add the sender's domain to your safe senders list. Safe senders in Outlook.com - Microsoft Support
