When I go to page set up and print titles, it is greyed out. This is across all my files. How do I fix this?

Unfortunately, this does not resolve the print title problem. The entire top sections of the Sheet tab options are greyed out and it does not matter if you are not in cell edit mode or if no other table/worksheet is selected and I have a printer installed. I am unable to figure out a way to print titles on continuous pages. This appears to be a 365 issue. The only way to get my titles to print is to go back to 1990's and just insert lines on my spreadsheet and copy/paste my rows I want to appear on continuous pages. Seems to be a big fail. So many fails.

    Hello, WestminsterFarms.

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

I understand that you are experiencing a grayed out display when you go to Page Setup > Print Headers in Excel. I have tested and reproduced the issue as you mentioned, and I was able to successfully complete the printing of the headings by following these steps: In the Page Layout group on the Page Layout tab, select "Print Headings In the "Page Layout" tab, in the "Page Settings" group, select "Print HeadingsExcel“打印标题”按钮图标".

As for the grayed out status, the following support article I found for you mentions the exact cause of the problem:

If you are working in cell editing mode, have a chart selected on the same sheet, or you do not have a printer installed, the "Print Title" command will be grayed out.

Feel free to let me know if anything unclear, thanks ;)
