Is there a list we can get with noreply@*.offic365.com from O365 to create a mail flow rule so email can routed? Currently emails from such addresses are marked as Junk.
for eg.

Exchange | Exchange Server | Management
Exchange | Hybrid management

    There isn't one, and you should avoid using whitelists based on individual addresses anyway. Those can potentially lead to malicious messages bypassing some of the built-in defenses.

    Agree with the reply above from michev, there is no such list for these email addresses.
    However, we could refer to the bast practices for your scenario: Manage errors in spam filtering
