    Dear Darius Koroine,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

We understand that you have deleted your Access document and need help recovering it.

To further help you confirm your file recovery, please share more information with us:

    1. What is your account type when using Access? Is it your personal account or a work or school account?
    2. Did you subscribe to the Access program separately? Or do you use it through a Microsoft 365 subscription? You can open the Access component, click the file in the upper left corner, click the account below, and view the product information on the right to see what product is displayed.
    3. Your thread is Microsoft 365 and Office / OneDrive / For home / Windows. Are your files saved in OneDrive? Or are the data and information saved in a local path?
    4. Have you checked your local or OneDrive recycle bin information before?

We are worried that you use a personal account and OneDrive to save your files but they are deleted and need to be found and recovered. You can try to confirm:

If the error is reported locally, you can check whether there is other backup information for the data and files. If not, it may be impossible to restore.

In the meantime, if you have a backup or sync in OneDrive, you can try this:

    1. Use OneDrive’s All Search:

You can try the OneDrive web version:

Use the search box at the top to enter the name of your folder or individual file, and you will also see the corresponding files in your recycle bin. After searching, you can reopen the document to confirm the information or click Restore.

    2. View OneDrive’s Recycle Bin:

You can click the Recycle Bin option of OneDrive to confirm whether your project exists through the Recycle Bin. If so, you can try to click the "Restore" instruction to confirm the information.

If you have a Microsoft 365 subscription, you can use the Restore OneDrive feature to help you restore and find previous file version information in OneDrive.

If you still cannot restore your files, in order to further help you find the file information, we recommend that you try to send an email to the OneDrive technical support team through the following link to provide feedback. We can help you check the file status and restore under your account. https://onedrive.live.com/?action=feedback
