Excel Formula

Question

I'm sure this is easy, but I can't figure it out....

I have a column of Days of the Week. If the day of week is Saturday OR Sunday, I need a return of "Off-Duty" in the On or Off Duty column. Can you help me with the formula I should create? THANK YOU!
