Production Key Error

Greetings.

I bought a production key in Amazon Japan for Microsoft 365 Personal for 1 year and I have tried several times to activate it in REDEEM.

I should have attached a screenshot about the error I suppose.

Happy to see if anyone could help me.

I have a clue about the error but I'm not sure. Currently my subscription will be expired 2024/Sep/06 and I subscribed it in China before I changed my region to Japan. And the Amazon key I bought might be a Japanese subscription. I will try the key tomorrow when my old subscription expires and see what will be going on.

    Since you didn't purchase directly from Microsoft but rather from Amazon, check with Amazon.

    The error mean wrong key on wrong product get a refund from amazon.

    Keys are region specific
