You have posted to the Windows Server forum which is designed to assist on general Windows Server questions. Your question is about networking on Windows 10, so you would be better served by posting to the Windows 10 networking forum located at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/topics/windows-10-network.html

In regards to your request for a phone call, that is not possible from this forum. These forums are official support channels and there is no capability to address phone calls. Members of these forums are other individuals as yourself who volunteer their time and experience. If you want to talk with Microsoft support, you can contact them through microsoft.com/support.
