I am using conditional formatting in a column and it is fine, but I have decided to change the conditioning to a different column. The formula which the conditioning uses is the same so I would expect the formatting to be the same within the new column it has been applied to. It was to highlight cells which satisfied the criteria as green but when I change the range under "Applies to" to the other column the green all disappears. I changed =$H$2:$H$2341 to =$G$2:$G$2341 and there is no conditional formatting visible as expected.
